Ice Dogg, the Baron of The Bay, Oakland's original free-styling gangsta rapper, producer and multi-instrumentalist, starts off the April NRW Intellectual Property Forum with a literal bang when he brings his posse of poets to lunch and lecture on Tuesday, April 1, 2014. Fresh from the release of his first full album, Ice Dogg Bloo Bludd (Label: 2014 PISM/Neal Reed) since combining forces with Neal Reed Worldwide, Ice Dogg (Clinton Joseph Kelly Jr) talks about the Bay's place in the history of the 40 year-old rap game. NRW Intellectual Property Forum starts in West Oakland

Oakland, California USA, The Neal Reed Worldwide Intellectual Property Forum starts on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in West Oakland, California. An eclectic mix of live auditions, workshops, luncheon speakers and live tapings, the NRW IP Forum promises to be an exciting hub of activity, designed to enlighten, entertain, and enhance intellectual property connections for blossoming producers, performers and composers, filmmakers, screenwriters and documentary producers alike.

According to Cheryle Neal Reed, founder and director of the NRW IP Forum, "we expect the best and the brightest to gather on Tuesdays to network, share, learn, break a little bread, and engage in some actual creative activities during this ongoing forum".

In expectation of the caliber of participants expected at the Forum, NRW Composer Eric Taylor Young (BMI) and Archbishop Cheryle Neal Reed have delivered to the West Oakland Branch Library an Allen Model MDC Classic 20 two manual organ.

Bishop L. E. Franklin

Bishop L. E. Franklin, founder and president of LeFranklin Records, is the inaugural luncheon speaker for the NRW Intellectual Properties Forum. Bishop Franklin is the senior pastor of Starlight Spiritual Cathedral, and the principal artist on LeFranklin Records. He is a founding partner in KFNR Recording Studios, and has a full album released, Call On The Lord, which has global distribution to 240 countries.

A composer, multi-instrumentalist, singer, and lyricist, Bishop Franklin has performed and toured in over 48 countries, both during a military tour of duty in Europe while serving in the United States Army, and with the legendary Little Richard, the godfather of Rock and Roll.
